I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions

  1. Read. More.
  2. Make every effort to be present – not only in my own life but in those I care about too.
  3. Take better care of myself. Including but not limited to- vitamins, skincare, exercise, self-care, 5 a day.
  4. Drink more water.
  5. Be grateful.
  6. Don’t stress the little things. Try not to worry about things that might never happen.
